Armor is a type of item in Eternal Return.
Description[ | ]
Armor items allow characters to increase their defensive statistics and empower their protections. Many of these items may also grant offense and utility oriented bonuses. They can either be found in containers and Air Supply boxes, looted from wild animals around Lumia Island or crafted by mixing different materials and components together. In the normal game mode, all players begin with 1 Shirt and Running Shoes equipped.
There are 4 types of armor items and characters are able to equip one of each kind. These are: Chest, Head, Arm and Leg items.
Each individual armor grants their own set of buffs to the character's statistics (these will be listed in green), with higher tier armor generally granting more and higher stat values. When a stat buff is labeled "[Unique]" it means that it cannot be stacked with the same unique labeled buff from any equipped weapons or other armor. When equipping multiple items that grant the same unique buff, only the strongest version will be active. A few items may also grant negative stat debuffs (which will be displayed in red) to counterbalance strong buffs.
On top of the stat buffs, certain armor items grant powerful [Unique Passive] effects. These will be listed at the bottom of the item's description, each with a unique name. Similar to unique stat buffs, Unique Passive effects won't stack with those sharing the same name from any equipped weapons or other armor and only the strongest variant will be in effect.
Certain armor items cannot be obtained in Cobalt Protocol.
